Interesting foliage plant.  Maroon colouring, deeply-toothed leaves.  

The Richter's website describes this seed catalogue entry: "Cinnamon-scented leaves are popular in Japan for flavouring raw fish, bean curd, pickles and tempura."  Spicy tasting when eaten raw.

Erect growth habit, bushy plant about 30" in height, 12" in width.

We grow them in full sun.
