Lamiastrum galeobdolon 'Herman's Pride'

Easy to grow foliage plant for the shade garden.  Leaves are an attractive combination of silver and green.  Short flower spikes with small yellow flowers appear in early June for us.

Useful for problem spots in your shade garden - grows well in poor soil, grows well in dry shade.

Forms a solid mound of leaves, grows to about 12" in height.  Spreads, but not so much that I'd call it invasive.  The bottom photo shows 2 plants growing side-by-side.

Hardy zone 2.

Glen's score:  7.
