Persicaria affinis 'Dimity'

Great groundcover. Bottle-brush flower stalks look good while in bloom (pink), and after the petals have fallen (reddish). Foliage has an attractive glossy sheen to it.  Blooms begin in early June for us.

Grows 8" tall. We grow them in full sun and partial shade.

Hardy to Zone 3.

Sometimes listed under its old botanical name: Polygonum affine 'Dimity'.

Glen's score:  9.
