Mid to late summer bloomer, bushy and compact plants with dark green foliage, nice golden-yellow flowers with dark centres. Many flowers per plant.

This is a great, carefree plant. Unfortunately is short-lived. Relatively easy to grow from seed.

Grows 18" to 24" tall for us, more compact that most other perennial Rudbeckia varieties.

Hardy zone 3.

Spreads by underground shoots, is an aggresive grower.
