Yellow clouds of flowers.  Foliage is a very attractive blue-green.  Leaves resemble those of Columbine (Aquilegia).

Blooms late June to July for us.  We grow it in partial shade.

Usually rated as hardy zone 5, I think it's hardier than that, I know a number of gardeners here in zone 3 who grow this plant.

Big plant - height 5', spread 3'.
